Want to improve your flexibility, strength and posture?

Spaces are available on four classes. Classes are low impact exercise programmes from ranging from Chair Pilates to Yoga and we are offering anyone who is eligible a free place once a week for 12 weeks.

Yoga: Thursdays 7.10-8pm
Wavell School, Aldershot

Pilates: Mondays 12.45-1.30pm
Farnborough British Legion

Chair Pilates: Tuesdays 1-2.30pm
Hawley and Blackwater Leisure Centre

Move it or lost it: Mondays 1-2.30pm
Princes Hall, Aldershot
