If you are the parent or carer of a young person with a mental health challenge life can be really tough. Hope for Carers is a free self-help group in which you can receive mutual empathy, encouragement, advice and support with others who are walking a similar path.
The meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month from 7pm to 9pm and the first Friday of the month from 10am-12pm
