Ladies Wellness Menopause FREE Event: Thursday 6th November

We would like to invite you to a ‘Ladies Evening’ with our two expert speakers to share advice and their guidance on healthy ageing, supplements, nutrition and menopause challenges along with giving tips on how to detoxify and use various oils to heal and improve general wellness.

The event will be here on Thursday 6th Nov at 6.30pm and we will be serving healthy refreshments with a Q&A session for any questions that our guests may want to put to the experts. Again all free and an absolute fantastic way to learn how best to improve on our wellbeing.
