Panto 2026 - Beauty and the Beast: The Anvil, Basingstoke

• Events Home

The Anvil sparkles brighter than ever with a real ‘Beauty’ of a pantomime.

This festive extravaganza, Beauty and the Beast, promises West End-calibre production values, breathtaking sets, glittering costumes, and sensational choreography – all wrapped up in a magical story filled with laughter, romance, and wonder.

Produced by UK Productions Ltd., the acclaimed team behind many of the UK’s most spectacular pantomimes, this production is written by the award-winning writer Jon Monie, and stars Ellie Dadd as Belle, best known as Amy Mitchell in EastEnders, Basingstoke favourite Chris Pizzey as the hilarious Louis La Plonk, and the return of Hollyoaks' Sarah Jane Buckley.

With show-stopping musical numbers and jaw-dropping special effects, this is the definitive take on the timeless tale.

This is not just a pantomime – it’s the Christmas event you’ve been waiting for.

So be our guest in 2026!
