Taking place in Fleet’s community garden – Sara and Naomi will be running a 75 minute session with yoga and sound outside.
7.30pm – Arrive, wander around the gardens, roll out your mat
7.45pm - 8.35pm – Yoga
8.35pm - 9pm – Sound Bath
