BeActive Hampshire and Bethan Gane Yoga have teamed up to offer Hampshire residents who currently do less than 30 minutes of strenuous exercise a week FREE yoga! If this is you, choose from chair yoga on Tuesday evenings or BeYoga (gentle mat yoga) on Thursdays at the Royal British Legion Club Farnborough.

Sessions include breathwork, gentle accessible movement and guided relaxation.
